Procedures: Teachers
1) Please arrive 15 minutes early to set exams.
2) If available, please take attendance of students who are writing the exam. If a list is available, bring a sheet of paper and have them write their: Chinese Name, English Name and homeroom.
3) Do not answer any student questions regarding the exam unless otherwise specified by the subject teacher.
4)
If you catch a student cheating, document in ink on the front cover of the exam the incident you witnessed.

- Date, time
- Your initials
Allow them to finish the exam. This is to avoid confrontations and distract others who are writing.
5) Students cannot leave until all exams are collected.
6) Hand all completed exams to a corresponding subject teacher with the attendance.
7) Review the below rules with the students before beginning the exam.
Rules: Student
Students must:
1) Arrive on time.
2) Place all books and bags away from the writing area, at the front of the room works best.
3) Sit for the entire duration of the exam. Do not let students out if they finish early.
During the exam students are not allowed:
1) To leave the exam room without a chaperone.
2) Digital assistants ( dictionaries, cell phones, mp3 players)
3) Notes and formula sheets of any sort.
4) Talking to anyone other than the invigilator.
5) Sharing of materials (rulers, pencils, erasers).
